The Simpsons-The Complete First Season

Such a great set. One thing I've learned about the Simpsons that its not just another cartoon series(Which I already knew from it lasting 19 seasons) There are great stories within the episodes and actual lesons learned. Love it.

American Graffetti

I wanted to love this movie but it was to slow. There were to many little sub plots. You just become interested in one character story and they into another part. However you can't complain about the great cast. Many a career was started with this movie.

The Comeback-First and only Season

I am Lisa Kudrow fan so I was looking forward to seeing this. She was good but the show was just bad. It was about wash up sitcom star that was looking for fame again. Her search was also documented as a reality show. That is where it lost me. Had it just be her looking to find sucess it would be fine. Why does everything have to a reality something? HBO just tried to hard to be different.

Book Review: Friends, Lovers, Chocolate-Alexander MCcall Smith

This is a great story. Smith pulls you in and its like a warm throw on a rainy afternoon. The little mystery within will have you really page-turning.

Shop Around the Corner

A good movie. Jimmy Stewart always great. Felt a little long near the end but well worth watching.
