Julia Roberts and Sarandon are really great together in this film. Roberts character really holds her own. As always Ed Harris is great.

I really like this movie. The thing that impress me most was Eric Strolz's acting. The way he really made you like the character of Rocky. You truly forgot about his face. And acting that can hold its own with Cher is incredible.

If you like Jack Nicloson you will like this movie. He really took it over. Helen Hunt I wish was more central. She falling in love with his character just wasn't believable to me.

Flightplan

I really like Jodie Foster I don't think acts enough these days so when I see her I usually enjoy it.

In Flightplan, she is a recent widow who is bringing her husband's body back to New York. She wakes from a nap with her little girl missing.

You feel her every emotion and feel as frustrated as she does.

I loved this movie as a kid. What kid would not have wanted that freedom. And that loft was amazing.

American Beauty

I was so excited for this movie everyone was saying how great it was and I love Kevin Spacey. But I truly hated this movie. A bunch of losers drowning in the unhappy mess that is their lives. No plot. No point.

The acting was good however.

Elizabethtown

I've been looking forward seeing this movie since I saw the first previews for it. I was not disappointed.

Elizabethtown is the story of love, loss and finding yourself. After losing his job Drew goes home, throws all his stuff on the sidewalk and plans his suicide. He interrupted by the news of his father's death. He is sent to Elizabethtown to bring back his dad's remains and that is where his life reallt begins.

The entire movie is a great lesson of really living life. The last 15-30 minutes are amazing.

Dirty Dancing

I really liked this movie when it was out. The dancing and soundtrack were amazing. It was fun to watch yet another Saturday Night DVD.

Jersey Girl

As much as I like Kevin Smith I have't cared for a lot of his movies. Jersey Girl was considered a Box Office bomb but I really liked it. Not at all a Jennifer Lopez fan, but her passing in the movie was sad. I love Ben Affleck and thought he was great as a single dad. Not a great film but a great Saturday night DVD.

Harrison Ford plays an uptinght lawyer in this movie. He is shot during a robbery and it completely changes him....he learns about love and life.

The Breakfast Club

I really disliked The Breakfast Club. A bunch different kids who all hated themselves and others. Watching them bickering over who was more screwed up for two hours was aweful. I thought casting of the 'teen brat pack' was terrible....

Footloose is another 80's movie that I loved. Everytime its on cable I can't resist watching it. Kenvin was great, the dancing and the amazing soundtrack take me back.

The movie that Tom Cruise a househeld name. It was awesome for its time, I watch it today and I get bored quickly. But its complete fun and takes back to the 80's.

Woody, Buzz and all the gang are back.

While Andy is away at camp Woody is mistakely put into the family yard sale. A greedy toy collector discovers him. Buzz and company must bring him home.

Another great proformance from Marlon Brando. As Johnny the leader of a biker gang Brando shines.

He and his boys ride into this sleepy town hell bent on rebellion. A great movie.

You haven't lived until you have seen Tony Curtus and Jack Lemmon in drag.

Two down and out musician witness a mob hit and join an all girl band to hide. They are ok with this until meet a girl in the band they both want.

A Hard Day's Night

This is quite simply a movie of the day in the life of the Beatles. The lads are basically trying to have a little fun before the show.

It is great fun to watch. Paul Grandfather is great. And an amazing soundtrack.
